Priddy’s Hard

Priddy’s Hard is a beautiful and historic development in Gosport dating back to the 17th century.

Originally built to fortify the defences around Portsmouth Harbour, it then became a large repository for gunpowder. In the 1950’s the land was sold to the dockyard and eventually turned into a fantastic development for private sale.

There are 198 flats across 14 blocks buildings, with the main building, Pearson House, facing the Millennium Bridge and the blue harbour beyond. The site has extensive grounds at the front, a large car parking area and planted borders along the building fronts

I feel things work more positively when you work in a positive relationship with people, when you get on with people and when you enjoy working with them.
