Our team of field based Property Managers arrange and oversee the maintenance of the communal areas, day to day gardening, to larger ventures such as tailored landscaping, repairs and redecoration. They visit sites on a regular basis to ensure that our high service standards are being maintained.
The responsibility for the smooth running of each development rests with a dedicated Property Manager. They are responsible for the employment of service contractors such as cleaners, gardeners. We regularly tender these services to ensure that we are providing best value to our customers.
