Retirement Property Management

Our onsite Scheme Managers and field-based Regional Managers take care of all retirement property management services, leaving our customers free to enjoy their retirement.

Scheme Managers

We work closely with our Right to Manage and Resident Management Company clients, along with Residents and Residents Associations to understand their staffing requirements. Under our management, all Scheme Managers are closely supported by Regional Managers and follow the strict code of conduct as set out by the ARHM.

With over 30 years’ experience in property management, Grange understands that an effective Scheme Manager needs both local knowledge and dependable support. Our Regional Managers provide ongoing guidance, helping Scheme Managers respond confidently, communicate clearly and deliver the standard of service that residents and management company directors expect.

Managing Contractors

One of the many contracts we manage for our retirement customers is the garden maintenance and landscaping contract. By competitive tendering we ensure our customers receive best value for money and a welcoming environment in which to live.

Grange combines careful contractor selection with ongoing performance monitoring, helping ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and with minimal disruption. Our established procurement processes and practical understanding of retirement developments allow us to balance value for money with the quality of service residents experience every day.

Service Charge Management

We collect and manage the service charge to meet the costs incurred for managing the communal areas of the development. Working collaboratively with our customers to ensure that their needs and expectations are met is vital part of how we build relationships that last.

Drawing on more than 30 years’ experience, we understand the importance of transparent budgeting and clear communication, helping residents and management company directors feel confident that service charge funds are being managed responsibly and in the best interests of the development. This forms part of our wider residential property management approach, supporting retirement developments with the same high standards of financial oversight and day-to-day management.
