London is regaining its reputation as a culinary destination

We manage commercial properties within the Chelsea Estate, specifically on Elystan Street and Cale Street.  The Evening Standard recently featured this area of London, highlighting its regained reputation as a culinary destination. Alongside the shops and salons – which include clothing, beauty, and interiors specialists – we manage a mixed portfolio of ‘foodie’ places.   Jago Butchers of Chelsea, The Bacchus Wine Co., Pellicano Italian restaurant, and The Chelsea Fishmonger, to name a few.  In addition to this, you will find award-winning outlets such as the artisan cheese specialists Paxton & Whitfield (Cheesemonger of the Year 2016) and the high quality grocer Andreas Veg (Greengrocer of the Year 2015).

In his article in the Standard, Jonathan Prynn highlights a new venture named after its location, Elystan Street. Michelin star-winning chef Phil Howard manages this restaurant, which is attracting rave reviews from industry critics.
