With over 30 years of property experience including 20 years in retirement property management, Lorraine heads a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent customer service. Lorraine regularly attends and participates in industry discussions and round table events. She has also recently championed the review of the new government approved Private Retirement Housing Code of Practice. Lorraine leads the Grange Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
With a degree in Estate Management, and over 12 years in the industry spanning the residential, commercial and housing sector, Michelle has experience in working both Agent and Client side property management. Having worked for high-end luxury developers, retailers and housing associations, Michelle’s knowledge of the industry allows for a client and customer focussed approach to property management, and as Director of Operations Michelle has the responsibility of our operational and strategic delivery. A dedicated member of the industry, Michelle has been part of the IRPM Leasehold working group for many years and is an advocate for wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.
Sarah joined Grange in 2018 and provides executive support to the Leadership Team. She also provides support for various projects.
With a degree in Building Surveying and a wealth of experience in both new-build and converted residential and retirement property management, Richard heads-up the technical and operational side of the business. With responsibility for managing day-to-day service delivery and overseeing the work of the property and regional divisions, Richard has experience with a wide range of schemes from single retail units to developments containing thousands of homes. Richard is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).
Nina’s background is below the line advertising, having worked for a number of global agencies including Publicis Group and Grey Group. Nina was the lead Group Account Director for Governments advertising and marketing department (Central Office of Information) and has also worked on brands such as Toyota, Powergen, Medecins Sans Frontieres, National Blood Service and Camelot.
Claire has line management responsibility for the Business Services (Admin) team and deals with the management of our head office at Lower Eashing. She administers our formal complaints process and provides executive support to the Managing Director, Lorraine Murphy.
Lotta joined Grange in January 2020 as a member of the Admin team. Her role is varied and includes responding to general customer queries, administering lease extensions and sublet applications and keeping customer records updated.
Georgina provides administrative support to the Head of New Business & Compliance and the Head of Marketing & Acquisition. Her duties involve coordinating meetings, drafting Service Charge Proposals and Management Agreements for new clients and ensuring customer records are kept up to date and in line with GDPR requirements.
Having joined the Admin team in 2021, Dawn’s current responsibilities includes managing customer enquiries, either by phone or email, as well as working with other teams across the business to support them with any administrative tasks.
Having joined Grange in 2008, and with over thirty years accounting experience, John has extensive knowledge in the QUBE management system, reducing service charge debt, and implementing new accounting procedures. He leads an enthusiastic and highly professional accounts team that continually strives to improve the quality of budgets and accounts information for our customers.
Sheri joined Grange in 2019 with over 15 years Bookkeeping experience. Her focus is Customer Service within the Retirement portfolio, corresponding with Residents, Executors and solicitors. She also works on Year End Accounts and is a valued team member of the Customer Accounts Department.
Rachel joined Grange in 2018 and comes to us from a Hospitality background. Her main responsibility is to create the Service Charge Budgets for the new financial years and to help on-board all New Business. Rachel also deals with many of the daily tasks including the daily banking, customer enquiries and colleague queries.
Irma joined Grange in 2016, AAT qualified with accounts experience. Her focus is Customer Service within the Residential portfolio, corresponding with Residents and Solicitors. She also works alongside the Commercial team collecting rent and insurance payments.
Pan is an experienced accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing, with expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. His main responsibility in Grange is preparing end of year accounts and liaising with auditors.
With over 35 years professional experience in purchasing, facilities and leasehold management, Chris has a wealth and depth of knowledge enabling him to add value to all facets of the business. A member of the Workplace and Facilities Management, Chris has a ‘can-do, common sense’ approach and leads a dynamic team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety, major service contracts and much more.
Tim joined Grange as a Property Manager in 2023. He manages a portfolio of apartment buildings and housing estates for a variety of freehold and RMC clients across Dorset, Hampshire, Kent and Sussex.
Sam joined Grange as a Property Manager in 2023 with 20 years’ experience in leasehold management in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. She manages a range of sites mainly across Surrey and Sussex but can occasionally be found in Gloucestershire and Berkshire.
Rosie is line manager to the Regional Managers and Property Services Assistants. Her ethos is for the team to enjoy what they are doing and to feel valued, while providing the best service possible for residents. She also strives to ensure that the team are supported and given the tools and training to undertake their roles to the best of their ability.
Sara works closely with the Head of Retirement to see that the Regional Managers and Training & Support Assistant are supported and given the tools and training to undertake their roles to the best of their ability. Sara also manages her own area of portfolio of schemes and Scheme Managers.

Carol started working at Grange Property Management in 2018 and works closely with the Regional Managers and Scheme Managers looking after the Retirement Schemes. She assists residents and colleagues with raising reactive and planned maintenance orders, the monitoring of compliance and processing communal insurance claims.
Patrick is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) with over 25 years of experience in the property industry. He has acted on behalf of a broad range of clients throughout his career including Private Investors, Family Trusts, the Crown Estate and charitable organisations. Patrick specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing, disposals and acquisitions on retail, office and industrial properties. Patrick and his colleagues in the Commercial Property Management Department pride themselves in offering to their clients a broad and bespoke Property Management Service.
Alex is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) with over 15 years of experience and has a wide knowledge of all aspects of commercial property management.
Wendy is a valued member of the Commercial Team. She is responsible for organising repairs and supports the team with all day–to-day management issues.
Dianne began her career in South Africa and has over 19 years of experience in the property industry. She specialises in the management of both commercial and residential property portfolios including commercial retail parks, shopping centres, offices and industrial parks. She is proficient in the management of multi-site and mixed-use properties, striving to retain asset quality and to secure maximum returns on the investment.
